Late Arrivals

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.

Reservations

Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card or gift certificate is required when making reservations on services over 2 hours.

Guest Cancellation

We request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice for all spa services. Cancellations of less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged at 50%.

Cell Phones & Pagers

Out of consideration for our guests, please mute pagers & cell phone to vibrate. Cell phone use is asked to be kept minimal in the spa.

What to bring

For your own comfort and privacy, you may wear a bathing suit for the vichy shower. Robes and slippers are provided.

Spa Information

To insure that you receive the full length of your service, we suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.

Paperwork from first time clients is collected at this time, and all spa guests may prepare for the spa experience.

Medical Concerns

Upon arrival, please inform the staff if you have any medical issues.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates may be redeemed for services or retail products. Gift certificates must be presented at time of appointment & will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash value.
